Welcome to episode numéro 5 of Whitty Thoughtz! On this episode, I will be discussing being a Black woman in America. Depressed. And resilient. I'm sorry for leaving everyone on "seen" for a couple weeks but I've been dealing with my depression and coming out of my shell. Being Black in America is already stressful, then you add on stressors of everyday life to mental health, then you have a whirlpool of emotions and mental illness. Depression is a disease that straddles all genders, ethnicities, races, and walks of life. Don’t suffer from depression in silence. Someone is here for you. If you feel that you’re alone, you can message me on my Instagram or Facebook like page. I will leave my information in the description.
